A little bit about me: I started my yoga journey as a way to balance out my love of hiking and traveling, as well as a part time desk job. I quickly realized that yoga helped me in ways I had never dreamed of!
I’ve had multiple orthopedic surgeries on feet, knees, and shoulders, and yoga has helped me rehab and keep active throughout. I also have a spine defect that will eventually require a lumbar fusion surgery. Daily yoga is how I manage my back pain. I am proof that yoga can be life-changing in incredible ways. It allows me to keep doing the things that I love to do like hiking, backpacking, kayaking, and snow-shoeing while managing orthopedic issues and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

– 200-hour and 300/500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher with Uplifted Yoga/Brett Larkin
– Yin Yoga Teacher certified
– Accessible Yoga certified
